Shannon Cribb, Owner   

Shannon is a graduate of Francis Marion University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is a practicing Cardiology Nurse Practitioner. Shannon is an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner as well as Certified Nurse Educator. Shannon is skilled in Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Disease Management, Post Anesthesia Care, Nursing Education and Community Health Nursing. Shannon has over 20 + years’ experience in Nursing and over 18 years direct experience in Home Health and Personal Care Services

Shannon focuses on policy development, employee and patient staffing and administrative duties at Palmetto.    

Holly Williamson, Owner

Holly is a graduate of UNC Pembroke with a Master of Science Degree in Elementary Education, Holly is also a certified Licensed Practical Nurse. Holly has over 20 years nursing experience in Family and Outpatient Medicine and has 18 years direct experience in Home Health and Personal Care Services. Holly has a wealth of experience working with employees and family members on a day-to-day basis to realize the best in patient care.

Holly provides overall business direction, policy development, employee and patient staffing, and administrative duties at Palmetto.     

Amy Thompson, Patient Care Manager

Amy has been with Palmetto Personal Care Services since 2021 and focuses on employee/ patient staffing as well as office management. Amy is a graduate of Miller-Motte Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree. She has over 10 years’ experience in multiple medical fields and is the main point of contact for employees and patients on a day-to-day basis. She is a native of Nichols, S.C. and we appreciate the experience and care she brings to our team.
